FRUSTRATED AT NOT BEING ABLE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT TODAY?
An audit of all appointments missed in the last year (July 2016 to August 2017 showed that 770 GPs appointments had not been attended by patients. This equates to six and a half weeks of a GP working full time!
Please remember to cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend, you can do this by phoning the surgery, on line or using our telephone automated system ( please note you can do this even when we are closed by using the latter two). Please also try and give us as much notice as you can so that we can offer the appointment to patients who really need to be seen.
We are now also offering a waiting list service, if you have been offered a routine appointment but would like to be seen sooner, ask our receptionists to add you to the waiting list and you will be contacted should any appointments become available sooner.
